With today’s technology allowing for information to be shared easily we want to reassure you of our pledge to take the steps necessary to safeguard the information you share with us and to ensure that it is treated with respect and confidentiality.

When appropriate, MHBT may share information with affiliated companies and specific business partners. Sharing this information allows us to maximize the services we provide to our clients. We do not, nor will we, sell non-public personal information to anyone, at any time, for any reason. Information is collected, retained and used to provide clients with tailored recommendations and superior customer service.

Protecting Your Privacy

Physical, electronic and procedural safeguards have been implemented to comply with State and Federal standards to ensure the continued confidentiality of client data, including but not limited to non-public personal health and financial information. Protections have been taken against anticipated threats or unauthorized external access to records. Internal access to non-public personal and financial information is restricted to only those employees who need that information to provide services to specific clients.
